National Account Manager - Western Cape at Smollan

As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for :

Project Planning

• Compile and submit accurate proposals to prospective and existing clients
• Ensure that new clients sign off on all costs ahead of the project
• Ensure that project/service rendered to the client is in accordance with clients’ objectives

Operational Excellence

• Work in partnership with the executional team to deliver on the project plan’s
• Monitor the campaign against agreed KPI measures
• Ensure quality of service and Smollan standards of excellence
• Accurate and on-going reporting back to client on campaign progress

Administration

• Develop effective and efficient administration systems
• Submit reports to clients and management
• Document and manage income and expenditures
• Monitor debtors
• Ensure necessary salary information is submitted timeously to the office administrator
• Liaise with salaries department regarding all problems and enquiries relating to the payment of field staff

Stakeholder Engagement

• Provide regular feedback to clients
• Establish and maintain sound working relationships with clients
• Solve client/customer queries and problems

REQUIREMENTS

• 4-6 years’ experience in a Marketing or Agency environment 
• 4-6 years’ experience in project management 
• Diploma or Degree/NQF level 7 in Marketing Management or Communications
• Financial acumen
• Business acumen
• Ability to deliver under pressure
• Campaign concept & management
• Ability to develop a communication plan
• Knowledge of activation & experiential marketing
