    National Sales Manager - Johannesburg

    This role will focus on:

    • Ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse sale team and Distributors, developing effective and successful plans to reach and exceed our sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Utilize customer strategies to identify opportunities for new business. Build value throughout the entire sales cycle & provide excellent customer support to ensure customer satisfaction & develop long term profitable partnership.
    • Identify decision makers and influencers, key customers and develop strong relationship during joint visits with the Team.
    • Make proposals for effective marketing activities, to co-ordinate campaigns and to participate in exhibitions and conferences.
    • Develop and maintain pricing strategies for local and international markets.

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • You will have a strong sales management background, with proven skills leading a technical sales team within the region.
    • Due to the technical nature of our applications, you will have an engineering background, preferably with hands on experience of process capital equipment or related (MRO, Instrumentation, automation, bulk handling).
    • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
    • Proven experience in a strategic commercial leadership role; contributing, driving, and taking ownership of both local and group level objectives.
