The Mission

• The Balancing Act: You’ll manage custom pricing and carrier costs to make sure our margins stay healthy and our sales team stays happy
• The Paper Trail: Tackle monthly carrier invoice reconciliations and hunt down discrepancies like a professional detective
• The Crystal Ball: Generate the reports that actually matter-costs, retail pricing, and gross profit per provider
• The Renewal Guru: Review customer renewals to propose redesigns or better margins before they even know they need them

The Gear You’ll Need

• Connectivity Wizardry: Deep knowledge of Fibre, DIA, MPLS, and LTE/5G
• Excel Black Belt: You live for Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex margin modeling
• Carrier Fluency: Experience wrestling-er, working-with multiple connectivity carriers and their various billing quirks
• Zen Mindset: The ability to manage escalations calmly when things get a little “ticky” in the network
