What you’ll do:
Year 1: Build your foundation

• Learn Ninety One’s technology architecture, data principles, and tools
• Work closely with the tech team on real projects
• Build and deploy tech-enabled solutions
• Develop AI-powered products and workflows

Year 2: Connect it across the business

• Join a cross-functional project squad
• Help modernise a real piece of the business, one project at a time
• Bring a technology lens to non technology challenges

You should consider applying if you have:

• A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Actuarial Science/ Statistics/Mathematics - technical orientation, or a related field
• A strong academic record
• A willingness to learn, ask questions and grow in a collaborative team environment
