NTT – SAP Logistics Execution Resource – Saint Gobain at Salt South Africa

• We are partnering with a leading global manufacturing organisation that is seeking an experienced SAP Logistics Execution (LE) Consultant to support a focused implementation project within their SAP ECC environment.
• This assignment requires a hands-on functional expert who can lead requirements workshops and drive the end-to-end implementation of shipment and transport cost functionality.

Role Overview

• The successful consultant will act as the functional subject matter expert (SME) for SAP LE, leading business engagement sessions and translating requirements into configured system solutions.
• The primary focus will be on implementing shipment processing from IDOCs, designing shipment cost documents, configuring cost conditions and procedures, and enabling settlement with COPA posting at delivery level.
• This is a short-term, high-impact engagement requiring strong functional depth and workshop facilitation capability.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
• Act as functional SME for SAP Logistics Execution.
• Implement Shipment Document processing from IDOCs.
• Configure Shipment Cost Documents.
• Design and create:
• Cost conditions
• Pricing procedures
• Settlement processes
• Enable settlement and corresponding COPA postings.
• Ensure transport cost allocation at delivery level in COPA.
• Provide guidance on integration between LE and Finance modules.
• Support testing, validation, and go-live readiness.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience implementing SAP Logistics Execution (LE).
• Previous end-to-end LE implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of IDOC integration for creation of shipment documents.
• Experience configuring shipment cost documents and settlement processes.
• Solid knowledge of COPA integration and transport cost allocation.
• Experience leading business workshops and translating requirements into SAP configuration.
• Ability to operate independently in a consulting capacity.
