    Occupational Health Nursing Practitioner | Cape Town

    Qualification Requirements

    • To succeed in this role, you will need to hold a Diploma in General Nursing and be registered with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse. A qualification in Occupational Health is advantageous. Because this role involves travel and interaction across varied environments, a valid South African Code 08 (EB) driver’s license is essential. These qualifications form the foundation for your ability to guide and influence the health and wellbeing of the people and communities we serve.
    • We are looking for someone with one to five years of general nursing experience. This experience will support you in navigating the clinical components of the role with confidence, while giving you the grounding needed to engage effectively with patients, clients and colleagues. It is also an opportunity to build your capability further through focused learning, ensuring your growth is aligned with both present needs and future development.

    Skills Requirements

    • In this role, you will draw on a blend of technical and interpersonal strengths. Strong computer literacy will enable you to manage information effectively and keep project administration running smoothly. Clear and confident communication is essential, as you will be speaking, reading and writing fluently in both English and Afrikaans to support diverse groups of people. You will also use your numerical reasoning skills to handle everyday calculations that contribute to accurate documentation and smooth operational flow. These skills together help build a dependable foundation for long‑term talent development and succession within the team.
