Role overview

• This role is responsible for national marketing service delivery in line with OMF Marketing Strategy and Objectives.

Role Description / Key Performance Areas

• Develops and implements customised marketing strategy in line with overall business objectives.
• Builds and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as marketing agencies- and procurement partners.
• Drives the successful marketing roll-out of new products and/or enhancements.
• Ensures regular and effective interaction with OML marketing colleagues and shares best practice.
• Implements processes to ensure brand integrity.
• Ensures that all creative work is strategically sound and branch compliant.
• Provides regions and areas with the necessary marketing support tools in aid of the sales strategy.
• Manages a Marketing team, ensuring successful delivery of overall plan.

Qualifications Required

• Relevant post-graduate Marketing / Business orientated qualification

Experience required

• Minimum of 7 years Marketing experience.
• Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to lead and influence at all levels of an organisation.
• Understanding of contemporary best practice in Marketing is highly advantageous.
