Omni Merchant – Exact (12 month contract)

Responsibilities include:

• Conceptualise and develop online campaigns and curate the customer journey and generate revenue.
• Taking full administrative responsibility for the content of the online store
• Ensuring all product is uploaded accurately
• Checking accuracy, loading through live systems, ensuring sales-optimised product presentation, segmenting customer bases, identifying opportunities to move stock, offer promotions and enhance the online customer assortment – generally give our customer a seamless online experience that is premium and refined.
• Meet KPIs on sales, stock flow, site traffic and conversion.
• Communicate effectively with all relevant teams – planning, studio, central ecomm, brands, contact centre, logistics – essentially make new relationships and achieve great results together

You know how to:

• Apply your two years’ relevant experience working with brands/in marketing/ecomm
• Contribute your ideas and solutions
• Plan your time effectively and efficiently, and work accurately under pressure
• Meet deadlines and stick to a budget
• Communicate well, speak and write properly
• Read and interpret a report
• Maintain high standards – and raise the bar every time
• Be a team player
• Build relationships internally and externally
