Operational HSEQ Administrator

• We are currently recruiting for an Operational HSEQ Administrator for a company that specialises within mine rehabilitation and environmental improvement services to mines. The suitable candidate should come with 3 years relevant experience in health and safety, preferably in a mining environment. The position will be based in Rustenburg, North-West.

Minimum Requirements

• Essential: Matric.
• National Certificate in HSE, or a Relevant Qualification.
• Essential: Valid Driver’s License and Own Transport.
• Experience of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing and updating the online safety system.
• Ensuring health and safety documentation is renewed on time and up to date.
• Ensuring that documentation is signed-off by the respective client and filed accordingly.
• Overseeing the engagement process for employees.
• Ensuring that PTO templates and procedures are ready for employees.
• Performing internal safety and compliance inspections and audits.
• Assisting in the administration of ISO requirements.
• Developing and communicating a health, safety, environmental and quality project plan for the region.
• Ensuring that the maintenance of vehicles is up to date.
• Assisting the operational team with administrative and fieldwork duties.
