Oracle Cloud Finance Manager at Liyema Consulting

Are you a highly motivated professional with excellent personal and communication skills and strong experience with the Oracle Cloud Finance application?  Our client is seeking highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud Finance Manager. This position’s primary function is to provide applications and solutions consulting to the customer and project team by understanding, analysing and translating those requirements to enhance, support and facilitate effective solutions through either configuration or team development. Together with this the person must be able to lead a project finance stream through the software development lifecycle
Key Responsibilities: 

•  Facilitating client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality. 
•  Acting in a client facing role to determine business requirements. 
•  Identifying how the Oracle Cloud Finance solution can be best utilised to meet client requirements. 
•  Providing support to the interface workstream to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications. 
•  Supporting configuration, testing, training, data migration and change management workstreams. 
•  Project management or team lead of large Oracle Cloud Finance implementation 
•  Be the design lead of Oracle Cloud Finance implementations for the modules in your expertise. 
•  Shape Oracle Cloud Finance solutions to help our clients solve complex situations. 
•  Deliver also advisory services in broader technology-enabled business change (integrator selection, vendor selection, application studies, solution architecture, or program diagnostics and recovery). 
•  Deliver advisory services to the most innovative client organisations. 
•  Building and maintaining client relationships Qualifications 

Qualifications 

•  An appropriate bachelor's degree together with applicable work experience would be advantageous. 
• What skills & experience are we looking for? 
•  +8 Year experience in complex Oracle Cloud Finance Implementations. 
•  +3 Experience in designing and/or implementing Oracle Cloud Finance (in lead roles). 
•  Prefer candidates certified in one or more Oracle Cloud Finance modules. 
•  Strong communication and leading skills. 
•  Understanding of Finance Business Processes.
