• Core Group is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our growing retail team at our multi-brand technology kiosk located in Menlyn Mall, Pretoria.

About the Role

• As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences while helping customers discover the latest technology products and accessories that best suit their needs.
• You'll be the face of our brand, confidently demonstrating products, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in a premium retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right technology solutions.
• Demonstrate products confidently and explain features and benefits clearly.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Assist with stock management, merchandising, and daily operational tasks.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology products, promotions, and services.

What We're Looking For

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Minimum of 1 year retail sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics, technology, telecommunications, or premium retail.
• A passion for technology and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic, and customer-focused approach.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience using POS systems (experience with iOS or similar technology is advantageous).

Working Hours

• Approximately 138 hours per month.
• Retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays, according to the store roster.

Location

• This position is based at our multi-brand technology kiosk in Menlyn Mall, Pretoria.
• Reliable transport or a good understanding of local public transport routes is essential.
