The ideal candidate is independent, entrepreneurial, and thrives on closing new partnerships. You’ll be identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-value redemption partners across industries such as gaming, prepaid utilities, digital services, and travel, driving adoption of EasyPay Voucher as a preferred payment method.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new redemption partner opportunities across key verticals.
Develop and execute a targeted acquisition strategy to scale partner growth from 80 to 800+.
Lead end-to-end partner engagement from outreach (hunting), pitching, and negotiation, to onboarding and go-live with the assistance of the relevant team member in each of the phases.
Work closely with internal teams (Tech, Marketing, and Commercial) to ensure seamless partner handover to integration and launch teams.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of potential partners using CRM tools and regular reporting.
Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and partner feedback to refine the acquisition approach.
Represent EasyPay Voucher professionally in meetings, events, and industry forums.
Deliver on monthly and quarterly acquisition targets with a laser focus on results.
Skills & Competencies
Proven track record in business development, partnerships, or sales hunting (preferably in fintech, payments, or digital services).
Strong commercial and negotiation acumen, able to close deals fast and efficiently.
Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision; takes full ownership of targets and execution.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple leads and relationships simultaneously.
Strategic thinker with the hustle and discipline to execute.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales, partnership development, or fintech business expansion.
Experience in voucher, prepaid, or payment ecosystems advantageous.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
