Partner Success Representative at PayJoy

This Role

The main objective of the Partner Success Representative position is to ensure that all specific assigned partners' accounts grow month over month by providing daily support via direct calls, WhatsApp, and store visits. As a Partner Success Representative you will work closely with the sales and customer support teams in order to guarantee sales and partner success.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for attending PayJoy partners and assisting their respective sales growth month over month
• Address and support partners' questions and doubts via WhatsApp and direct calls
• Proactively support partners to meet their sales goal every month
• Work with the sales team and other areas in PayJoy in order to guarantee customer service objectives and overall success in the area
• Build long lasting relationships based on trust and confidence with all assigned partners

Requirements

• Minimum experience of 2 years in related areas: Customer Service, Sales, Module Sales, Advertising, Public Relations, Memberships, External Public Contact
• Availability to work weekends and on rotating schedules
• Availability to travel inside and outside the province
• Strong analytical, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office
