Minimum Requirements: 

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Diploma/Degree (advantageous).
• Demonstrable Demand/Merchandise planning skills.
• Strong mathematical ability – we need a logical thinker.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively across departments.
• Proficient in Excel.
• High acumen for analytics.
• Experience with a large store base (2-3 years of work experience).

Duties and Responsibilities    

Key Responsibilities: As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing demand forecasts based on demand patterns and business trends.
• Collaborating across various departments, including Admin, Commercial, Marketing, and Finance.
• Managing the end-to-end stock function for all our stores.
• Working closely with suppliers to optimize stock levels in stores.
