Job Function 

• To provide support to warehouse cyclical count process and Dealer Return process. 

Key performance areas 

• Scheduling daily counts. 
• Investigating of warehouse cyclical count variances. 
• Updating Warehouse Display Board. 
• Assisting Dealer Returns Investigations 
• Sending WH Health System Report to the relevant Departments 
• Liaise with all department 
• Knowledge of ETKA 
• Responsible for problem solving 
• Parts Helpdesk Support 
• Assisting: 
• Damages cage 
• No records cage 
• Engine Investigation 

Qualifications required 

• Grade 12 

Skills and experience required 

• Up to 2 years’ experience 
• SAP Competency 
• Knowledge of cyclical count process 
• Good Administration problem Solving 
• Excellent communication Skills
