Plennegy: Software Tester
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Bachelors , National Diploma
- Experience 3 years
- Location Gauteng
- Job Field ICT / Computer
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Test Planning and Quality Assurance
- Plan, document, and execute test cases within the agreed timelines.
- Log and track identified defects and ensure issues are resolved and tested before release. Provide testing progress updates and quality status reports.
BI Reporting Data Validation
- Validate critical BI reports against source systems, business rules and reporting requirements before release to users. Verify report calculations against requirements and source systems. Support user acceptance testing for BI reports and dashboards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Qualification in Accounting/Finance (advantageous)
- ISTQB Certification (advantageous)
Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in software testing
- Exposure to testing in environments covering sales, finance, inventory, and operations
- Experience working with Power BI tools
- Experience testing ERP and financial systems (Sage preferred)
