Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required

• :Standard 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent. 
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Advantageous) 
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar industry 
• Managerial/supervisory experience will be advantageous. 
• Knowledge and experience of Amtrack / similar system will be advantageous. 
• Above average verbal and written English communications skills to communicate professionally with customers and internally, both telephonically and by email. 
• Computer literate (MS Office).
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and will be required to travel.

Brief Description of Key Performance Areas:

•  Assist with the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for the company's print on demand products. 
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets for the company's print on demand products. 
• Assist with the creation of marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials. 
• Maintain and update the company's website and online store, ensuring that all print on demand products are accurately represented and easily accessible to customers.
• • Assist with order processing, tracking, and fulfilment for print on demand products. 
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
