    Portfolio Facilities Manager: Industrial

    • To oversee an Industrial portfolio, they are looking for a Portfolio Facilities Manager with a background in Engineering which will be mainly focused on project management, driving ESG initiatives and ensuring Green Building standards are established as well as maintained. Based in the Johannesburg North office, you will be responsible for a team of Facilities Managers, maintaining project budgets and time-lines, develop and implement maintenance plans. Additionally, you will be tasked with tenant installation projects, H&S, capex budgets and service provider management. To be considered for the role you will need 10 years' experience in a related field, at least 2 years' experience working with commercial properties, an Engineering degree or diploma and the proven ability to manage multiple buildings. The successor of this role will have strong financial skills, ability to manage a team, a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
