Pre-Analytical Manager at Ampath

Purpose of Position:

To oversee and manage the overall functioning of the Pre-analytical laboratory and Client Services functions.

Requirements:

• Certificate: Financial Management, HPCSA Registration in Relevant Register and Practice Field

Required Experience:

• General management experience, Knowledge: Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Knowledge: Google and Google Mail, Knowledge: HPCSA regulations, Knowledge: Human Tissue Act, Knowledge: Meditech system, Knowledge: MS Excel, Knowledge: MS Word, Knowledge: Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA), Knowledge of Ampath Safety, Health and Environment management policy, Pre-lab experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general tasks within the store in order to assist with effective and timeous service delivery to clients, Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath, Manage employees in order to ensure that the goals of the department are achieved, Manage the Total Quality Management in order to ensure that TQM standards and regulations are upheld, Perform operation management tasks in order to ensure best practices are implemented and upheld
