KEY OUTCOMES (not limited to) Level 4 and 5 process elements
- Health promotion and Patient Carer:
- Treatment and care of people, involving interdisciplinary teams
- Illness prevention
- Chronic illness management
Education:
- Providing education and support to other providers such as Doctors and administration staff
- Community development
Problem Solving:
- In clinical or organisational contexts
Quality Control:
- Organising clinical work environments, including infection control and risk management
Agent of Connectivity:
- Being an agent of connectivity between different health disciplines and between patients and health services
Qualifications

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

PERSON DETAILS: WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 2 years in Primary Health Care environment
- Emergency Care/ Emergency drugs
PREFERRED
- Professional Nurse with Primary Health Care experience
EDUCATION: QUALIFICATIONS: ACCREDITATIONS WITH PROFESSIONAL BODY REQUIRED
- Qualification in Primary Health Nursing
- Registered with SANC and DoH
- Certificate in dispensing
PREFERRED
- Qualification in Primary Health care
