Principal Specialist: Commercial Management at Kelly

Role Purpose:

• As a Principal Specialist: Commercial Management, you will play a key role in executing strategic priorities within the financial services portfolio. You will provide high-quality commercial and analytical insights, drive business performance, and optimize product and operational efficiencies.
• This role requires a strong commercial mind-set, the ability to engage with C-level executives, and expertise in product development, financial analysis, and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate commercial contracts for new and existing engagements.
• Analyze product performance, including marketing ROI, engagement tracking, and key actionable insights.
• Drive strategy execution and performance optimization across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to ensure actionable reporting and insights.
• Lead business improvement initiatives across financial and digital services.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market benchmarking.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reports.
• Work closely with Finance to manage rolling forecasts and product-level contributions.

Key Competencies & Experience:

• 8+ years in business and/or product development roles.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to derive insights from financial and operational data.
• Experience engaging and influencing senior executives.
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL proficiency is a plus.
• Highly adaptable, resourceful, and a fast learner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Honors degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, or Finance.
