Process Engineer III (OVA5555) at Ovations Technologies

• We are seeeking a highly technical Process Engineer that is a BPM Specialist to drive the end-to-end evolution of our client's business processes. 

Key Responsibilities

• Process Engineering: Lead the discovery, validation, and documentation of complex business processes through advanced BPMN and DMN modeling.
• Workflow Design: Design, develop, and deploy scalable workflows using Camunda (7/8) and IBM BAW, ensuring seamless integration with custom user interfaces.
• System Optimization: Conduct process simulations and analysis to identify bottlenecks; implement AI-enabled workflow optimizations and data-driven decision automation.
• Integration & Event Streaming: Build and manage event-driven integrations using Kafka/Confluent, ensuring high-performance communication between microservices.
• Technical Governance: Maintain code quality and deployment standards using Java 11+, Spring Boot, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of dedicated BPM experience, with deep expertise in BPMN 2.0 and DMN modeling.
• Technical Stack: Proven proficiency in IBM BPM / BAW, Camunda Modeler, and modern Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs, JSON).
• Architecture: Strong experience in designing solutions involving Kafka/Confluent and event-based architectures.
• DevOps & Testing: Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps pipelines, and a strong background in both functional and performance testing.
• Domain Expertise: Prior experience within a Banking environment is essential.
• Innovation: Exposure to AI-driven process optimization and automated decision-making frameworks.
