Process Engineer at Ovations Technologies

The Job

The candidate for this position will be responsible for monitoring the operations of our systems, including quality and compliance. The candidate should also be able to recommend improvements to the process through the tracking of metrics and reporting of data. The candidate should definitely have strong technical abilities in order to succeed in this role. 

Requirements:

• Banking Experience a must
• 5 to 10 years’ working experience as a process engineer in different industries
• Have in depth understanding of the BPMN and ARIS notations
• Mentoring and coaching of junior process engineers
• Process asset management
• Roadmap definition for different initiatives
• In dept understanding of different process and business analysis techniques
• Clear understanding of different process frameworks
• Business Architecture training or certification an advantage
• Business analysis experience at a senior level a must
• Have experience in working on multiple complex projects
• Experience in agile methodologies and hybrid
• Software development, UI/UX and data experience will be advantageous
• Experience in communicating at different levels in the organisation
• Define business processes and value chains and frameworks
• Must be able to develop procedure manuals
• Should be able to develop Target Operating models
• Should be able to act as a change management agent as when required
• Experience in leading and providing guidance to other process engineers on projects
• Self starter, driven and highly motivated individual

Technical skills:

• BPMN
• UML
• ARIS
• iServer
• Data analysis
• Software development fundamentals advantageous
• Lean and Six Sigma principles advantageous
• Blue Prism Robotics advantageous
• CBPP certification advantageous
• Business Architecture

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in – Information Technology, Engineering, Informatics or Business Information Systems.

Advantageous:

• TOGAF, Data Cert , Blue Prism/UI Path Certificate, UI/UX, FTI Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma or Software Development Certificate.
