In this role you will be part of a growing, multi-faceted business and will be responsible for managing projects or aspects of larger projects, exploring opportunities for process optimization whilst identifying technical solutions in the relevant areas that enable the company to meet its immediate and longer-term strategic initiatives and to execute on strategic decisions.

Skills, Experience & Education
Bachelors Degree (NQF 7) in Industrial Engineering preferable or similar Engineering Field
Project Management qualification will be advantageous
Minimum 3-5 years working experience demonstrating industrial Engineering Outcomes
3-5 years Proven experience as Continuous Improvement Engineer in FMCG sector will be advantageous
Strong knowledge of WCM, Lean Manufacturing, process optimization, and waste reduction techniques
Proficiency in data analysis tools and process mapping software will be advantageous
Experience with automation and new technology implementation will be advantageous
Knowledge of industry safety regulations and compliance standards
