Job Description
The purpose of this position is to provide Process Technology engineering and technical support for intermediate systems.

• Perform comprehensive process engineering assignments
• Develop data and perform calculations for engineering functions
• Assist in preparation of Process Design Basis and Process Criteria
• Perform calculations to quantify cost impacts of design options
• Understand client objectives and goals; implement these objectives and goals in all aspects of work on the project
• Perform process studies for more complex systems
• Other duties as assigned

Basic Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree (Chemical Engineering)
• Three (3) years of work-related experience within an EPCm contactor for multiple small projects within the Energy & Chemicals industry.
• Must be able to work on multiple small projects at the same time – tight timelines, cost driven. Small plant change type project experience and understanding how to move the various small projects from problem statement to technical solutions, design and engineering.
• Working mainly independently but with some support from a senior process engineer
• Need to know how to do basic process engineering design calculations – hydraulics, equipment sizing, PIDs, HAZOPs, review of drawings, procurement and construction support
