Process Supervisor at Anglo American

Job Description
The focus of this role will be to ensure operational efficiency. The main functions will include:

• Safety - focus on safety procedures and ensure everyone is working in a safe manner
• Operations - ensure your section is operating efficiently and tasks are completed effectively by your team
• Supervision - you will supervise a team of processors and be responsible for coaching and development..
• Housekeeping - maintain operating standards within your section.

This role is in the processing department at a C2 level and reports into the Shift Leader

Qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:

• Grade 12/ NQF 4 – Maths, Science, English
• Four years operational experience
• SCADA knoweldge
• Completion of all processor and Process Superviser specific modules
• Passed operational maintenance and Control Room modules
• Basic Computer Literacy
• English literacy - write, read, speak
• Driver’s license code 08
