• We are offering a 12-month Procurement Internship that provides practical exposure to procurement, supplier management, logistics coordination and supply chain operations.

What You'll Do

As a Procurement Intern, you'll support the Procurement team with a variety of activities, including:

• Assisting with supplier onboarding and maintaining supplier records
• Supporting purchase order administration and SAP transactions
• Coordinating and tracking shipments
• Maintaining procurement documentation and contracts
• Assisting with procurement reporting and spend analysis
• Supporting supplier performance monitoring
• Liaising with internal stakeholders on procurement requirements
• Preparing reports, presentations and meeting minutes
• Providing general administrative support to the Procurement team

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you should:

Be currently studying towards or have recently completed a Diploma or Degree in:

• Supply Chain Management
• Procurement Management
• Logistics
• Business Administration
• Commerce or a related field
• Be passionate about building a career in procurement and supply chain
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be organised, detail-oriented and eager to learn
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
