Accountabilities and KPI's:
Carry out all procurement steps for simple procurement requests in line with Novartis Global Procurement Guidelines.
Provide support on competitive bidding including, eSourcing and Contract Management in Novartis approved tool in liaison with our Source to Contract team.
Updating of procurement projects with correct data with support from S2C to ensure audit readiness.
Minimum Category Management related work with support from the responsible Category Manager.
Perform other duties as instructed by supervisor.
Procurement reporting.
Processes of indirect materials including digital.
Innovations in the procurement space.
Completion of allocated duties within stipulated time.
Tender closure in liaison with NGSC buyer as per time stipulated by business requester.
Updating of Ariba projects with correct data with support from S2C to ensure audit readiness and 90% data accuracy.

Good English speaking and writing skills
Skills:
Proficient skill in the usage of computers and office software package (MS word, excel ext).
