Product Analyst at DirectAxis

Role Purpose

• To provide operational support to the business through the effective delivery of existing products and solutions. Conducts analysis and research to provide business insight required for the successful implementation of new products.

Responsibilities

• Prevent wastage, and on an ongoing basis identify process improvements in order to contain and reduce costs
• Build working relationships across teams and functional lines in order to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
• Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
• Provide an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all relevant information
• Initiate and manage product research, data mining and data analysis to ensure sustainability and future competitive growth
• Provide technical system and product support
• Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate
• Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within FNB and/or across the FRG

Additional Requirements

• Strong proficiency in analytical tools (i.e. Excel at an Advanced Level, SQL (advantageous))
• A good understanding of Insurance (advantageous)

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant Diploma in Business
• 1 to 3 years relevant experience
