Product Lead at SovTech

About The Position

• We are looking for a reliable Lead Product Owner that will oversee product design teams at SovTech. Your duties will include translating ideas into strategy, features, and the UI & UX of world class products.

Things About You

• Business Analysis skills - you understand businesses and love getting stuck into other people's processes.
• UX Design - you know what good platforms and processes look like, and you pick up on subtle tricks in the trade.
• You can maintain a product strategy on behalf of clients, and represent clients interests internally.
• You can workshop feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
• You know what to put on a 6 month roadmap and a 12 month roadmap.
• You love designing software at speed, and think that a fair bit of interfaces can be standardised.

Some Requirements

• 2+ years' experience of working on Product Manager or other relevant position (some people are uber-talented, though most applicants probably at 4+ years experience in this)
• A portfolio of impressive products that you were part of.
• Demonstrated understanding of technology and its power.
• Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills - can you lead teams and inspire clients?
• You're smart.
