• A well-established client is seeking a driven and commercially astute Product Manager to lead the full lifecycle of lending solutions—from concept through to market success.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the strategy, development, and launch of lending products
• Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring scalability and performance
• Driving customer journey enhancements and user experience optimisation
• Collaborating with Credit, Finance, Operations, and Tech teams to align product delivery
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance
• Conducting competitor and market analysis to refine product positioning
• Setting and tracking KPIs across product performance, disbursement, and risk
• Presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Mentoring cross-functional teams and supporting capability growth across departments

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 5 years’ product management experience, including 2 in a leadership role
• Proven success launching lending products in the financial sector
• Strong grasp of governance, risk, and compliance in the lending space
• Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with international markets and business intelligence tools is advantageous
