We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on driving product strategy and execution, leveraging your proficiency in product management tools and a data-driven mindset to enhance our offerings.
You will play a crucial role in shaping the product roadmap and ensuring product alignment with customer and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Utilize tools such as Jira, Aha!, and Miro to facilitate project planning, tracking, and communication across teams.
Analyze user data and product performance metrics using Google Analytics and SQL to inform product enhancements and business decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements and feature requests.
Lead product development cycles, including gathering feedback, testing hypotheses, and implementing changes based on user insights.
Ensure effective stakeholder communication throughout the product lifecycle, including updates on milestones and deliverables.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
Monitor competitor activities and analyze market positioning to refine product strategy.
Requirements
Proven experience in product management or a related role within a fast-paced environment.
Strong familiarity with product management tools, including Jira, Aha!, and Miro.
Demonstrable experience utilizing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SQL for data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to think critically under pressure.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also being self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
Previous experience in a technology or software development company.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience leading agile teams.
Certification in product management or related areas is a plus.
