Skills/competencies and experience
- At least 2 years' people management experience (with direct reports) - ESSENTIAL
- Technical background / exposure
- An understanding of the software delivery lifecycle
- Creative solution design and ability to apply 1st principles thinking
- Experience with business analysis and systems implementation
