• A strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in customer engagement and loyalty strategies.
• Certifications in Product Ownership (SAFe or equivalent preferred).
• An ability to navigate data-driven decision-making and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
