What you'll do

• You will report to the Regional Service Delivery Leader to contribute towards Program Delivery within our client account including client management together with CDE, governance and the delivery of the goals of the program, including delivery of multiple phases of the program on time, in the budget, at the quality and within targeted margins.
• You will manage partners CSG and Client
• You will ensure that the delivery of new products or services from the projects is to the appropriate levels of quality, on time and within budget, following the program plan and program governance arrangements
• You will work with the sales organization to identify growth opportunities with existing customers and lead such proposals
• You will provide coaching to project managers
• You will guide optimization, best practice sharing and standardization programs for program delivery
• You will report the progress of the program at regular intervals to the CSG CDE

You should have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in English in a business environment
• Experience managing program budgets and delivering services revenue and margin
• 10 years of project or program management experience managing large implementation, software development projects, within professional services or consulting environment
• Experience with Telecommunication, Billing BSS transformation or System integration background
