Project Coordinator Assistant at Perfect Placement Recruitment

Job Duties:

• Assist with Planning and coordinating project activities
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and documentation
• Track project progress, deadlines, and milestones
• Coordinate meetings and record meeting minutes
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Assist with procurement and purchase orders
• Monitor project costs and assist with budget tracking
• Maintain project files, contracts, and correspondence
• Assist with tender submissions and project reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Health & Safety requirements

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or related field
• Strong skills in document management and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent scheduling and organizational abilities
• Effective communication and coordination skills

Advantageous

• Experience in the construction industry
• Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software
• ERP or Accounting System experience
• Knowledge of procurement processes and project costing
