    Project Engineer - Building and Infrastructure

    Role Requirements

    • Sirius Engineering provides comprehensive Project Engineering, Project Management, Architecture and Consulting Services exclusively for the Food Industry. We are at the forefront of exciting multi-disciplinary projects for a variety of clients. We are currently seeking a talented Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic Team.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop project execution plans. 

    • Facilitate the appointment of the professional team in consultation with the client.
    • Set up communication and management systems.
    • Coordinate inputs from all stakeholders.
    • Manage design development in line with project objectives.
    • Make sure the design fits the budget and timeline.
    • Facilitate integration between different disciplines.
    • Monitor and control change management.
    • Manage tendering and appointment of contractors.
    • Prepare and manage contracts.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant procurement and health and safety legislation.
    • Keep an eye on construction progress and quality.
    • Organise site meetings and reporting.
    • Manage the project handover to the client.
    • Ensure completion of final accounts and documentation.

    Requirements

    • Degree in the built environment (Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Architecture). 
    • 1-5 years relevant experience.
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Packages (especially Excel, Word).
    • Experience in project management software (e.g., MS Project) will be beneficial.
    • Familiarity with tender processes and contract administration (e.g., JBCC).
    • Experience in digital coordination and collaboration using ACC will be advantageous.

    • Strong leadership and coordination abilities – managing diverse teams and keeping everyone aligned.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Good team player.
    • Self-driven and self-motivated.
    • Detail-oriented but also able to see the “big picture.”
