    Design Lead

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the creative direction and brand consistency for Sweepsouth’s core cleaning services.
    • Develop and evolve visual identities for new verticals, ensuring they integrate seamlessly within the Sweepsouth brand.
    • Stay up to date with design, technology, and industry trends, translating them into innovative creative approaches.
    • Manage design projects end-to-end, balancing priorities across multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
    • Partner with Marketing, CRM, and Social teams to produce impactful campaign assets that drive both core growth and new service adoption.
    • Conceptualise and deliver creative solutions across digital and offline channels (social, paid media, print, outdoor, product, partnerships).
    • Mentor and inspire the design team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and high-quality execution.
    • Use performance insights to refine and adapt design outputs for maximum impact.
    • Act as a visual storyteller who champions Sweepsouth’s values, culture, and mission.
    • Work closely with the product team to design and support visual direction for new product launches and feature rollouts.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of design experience (digital/e-commerce focus preferred).
    • At least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring a team.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion/video skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects) are a plus.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing both brand system design and campaign creative.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
    • A self-starter with curiosity, strong attention to detail, and adaptability.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Knowledge of HTML, motion graphics, or design for performance marketing.

    Advantageous

    • Experience managing design across multiple verticals or product lines.
    • Agency or start-up background.
    • Experience with marketing tools such as Braze, Unbounce, or similar tools.

    Paid Marketing Specialist

    Responsibilities:

    Paid Channel Management

    • Driving strategy and managing the P&L of the channels by tracking, reporting and analysing paid channel initiatives and campaigns – Paid Search, Display, Paid Social, Remarketing, APP Paid Campaigns, etc
    • Optimising existing campaigns to meet company objectives as well as building new ads to support the company expansion
    • Analysing the CPC campaign results, coming up with the strategies to achieve the KPIs and execute them
    • Developing the tactics which increase the site traffic and sales based on the ads performance analysis and A/B testing
    • Driving continued innovation and best practices implementation across the digital channels
    • Work closely with the marketing creative team, design team and SEO team
    • Working with other channel managers to ensure strategic alignment and holistic audience management

    Cost Management

    • Assist CCO with the compilation of the Paid marketing budget
    • Monthly optimisation of channel attribution to ensure best ROI of investment
    • Monthly calibration of CAC, reactivation and discount efficiencies

    Requirements

    • Min 4+ years of experience in managing SEM, Display, and Remarketing locally, with international experience given preference.
    • Very good understanding of performance marketing.
    • Experienced in managing campaigns for e-commerce and apps.
    • Experience managing Google Ads for Search, Display & Remarketing.
    • Experience managing performance based Paid Social campaigns.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel.
    • Up to date with digital advertising innovations and best practices.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Problem solver, creative thinker. 
    • Interested in technology, e-commerce.
    • University Degree.
    • Fluency in English.

    • App attribution setups, tracking and optimisation.

    Creative Content Lead

    Responsibilities:

    Content Strategy and Management

    • Lead and maintain the Sweepsouth content strategy across all verticals and audiences.
    • Develop and manage the content calendar, ensuring alignment with campaign priorities, seasonality, and performance goals.
    • Oversee content planning and delivery for all owned and paid channels, including email, SMS, social, blog, pop-ups, and site content.
    • Maintain a consistent tone of voice and brand standard across every channel and format.

    Execution and Optimisation

    • Own day-to-day content creation and approvals, including mailers, social posts, paid ad copy, push notifications, and onsite copy.
    •  Partner with design and commercial teams to execute campaigns efficiently and on brand.
    •  Implement and monitor A/B testing for subject lines, CTAs, and content variations to improve engagement and conversion.
    •  Use analytics and insights to refine messaging, identify trends, and guide content decisions.

    Lifecycle and CRM Collaboration

    • Work with the CRM Manager to plan and execute lifecycle and automated communication journeys.
    • Create content that supports segmentation, retention, and reactivation strategies across customer cohorts.
    • Ensure timely delivery and strong alignment between content and CRM objectives.

    Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Partner with design, paid media, and operations teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
    • Support SweepStar communication initiatives, including SMS, WhatsApp, and newsletters, in line with the SweepStar content strategy.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to document and evolve all content processes, tone guidelines, and communication frameworks.

    Purpose of the Role

    • The Creative Content Lead shapes and drives Sweepsouth’s brand voice, storytelling, and creative direction across all customer touchpoints. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to ensure every piece of communication is clear, consistent, and true to the Sweepsouth brand. You will lead content creation across our core marketing and CRM channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, pop-ups, blog, social media, and paid assets. Your focus will be on creating content that inspires trust, builds loyalty, and drives engagement. 

    Skills and Experience

    • Minimum 4 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or brand communications, ideally within a digital or e-commerce environment.
    • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword strategy, and on-site optimisation to drive organic performance.
    • Confident using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Deep interest in using AI to enhance content creation, with knowledge of how to apply and build AI-assisted workflows for research, writing, and optimisation.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across audiences and platforms.
    • Proven experience managing content across multiple channels, including email, social, paid, and web.
    • Working knowledge of WordPress and content publishing workflows.
    • Highly organised, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with a passion for maintaining brand consistency.
