    Project Engineer (Fixed Term Contract)

    Project Engineer / Technician - Electrical
    Responsibilities:

    • Work primarily on electrical power projects and designs - power plant, generator control, power conversion, AC and DC drives, power distribution
    • Contribute to designs for electrical and control systems, for marine and land-based applications
    • Interact with OEMs to assess capability and suitability of products
    • Write Documentation, including design reports, operating and test procedures
    • Produce AutoCAD drawings
    • Contribute to internal and external design reviews
    • Report on technical progress to the Project Manager
    • Some project management tasks, as required

    Requirements:

    • B.Sc. or B-Tech qualification in Electrical Engineering
    • Experience on AutoCAD or similar CAD package
    • Good written and spoken English
    • 3-5 years' experience in power generation and/or power conversion, in project environments
