Requirements

What's the Opportunity?

To turn our vision into reality, we are looking for a project management superstar who will help us launch our prototype by coordinating all workstreams on a global level. Your job will be to work with the founders of this project and integrate their respective areas of responsibility including finance, operations, branding and marketing.

Your role will include, but will not be limited to following responsibilities:

• Project management - Work with the founding team in building a conclusive project plan culminating in the launch of our prototype

• Communication - Serving as the primary point of contact, you proactively develop relationships with and coordinate all workstreams between our stakeholders

• Sourcing - Identify manufacturers of longevity technology worldwide, review and compare features, negotiate pricing and create comparison tables per category

• Design - Identify modular (and potentially mobile) structures to assist our team creating a blueprint for the physical setup of our longevity center

• Procurement - Source selected equipment, identify forwarding and shipping companies, organize the delivery and storage to our proof-of-concept location in Copenhagen

• Branding and Marketing - Coordinate the efforts of our creative team throughout the brand creation process and assist our marketing team in executing our marketing plan

• Budgeting - Make sure that all financial decisions (such as the purchase of equipment or the contracting of a supplier) is in line with and approved by our budget

As an ideal candidate, you...

• graduated from a top university (BA / MA in Business or Science)

• have at least 3-5 years of relevant work in a project management role

• are very organized, reliable and detail-oriented

• show excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a remote setup

• have experience with project management tools such as Click Up, Asana, Trello etc.

• have an excellent command of Google Sheets / Excel and Google Slides / Powerpoint

• are a self-starter and motivated to work in a remote setup

• speak English fluently, both in writing and speaking

• have prior experience in or a strong interest for health and longevity
