This company operates in all regions of South Africa, facilitating only property sales (no rentals). This company has partnered with one of South Africa’s biggest property consortiums which has enabled sourcing and mandates of a number of complexes and developments around South Africa.

Role Description

Looking for sales agents required to sell property. The more work that goes in on a daily basis will result in a greater output of monetary reward. Payment of commission to agents will take place on FICA, not on transfer of the property. Thus, agents will be paid regularly for their sales made. In comparison to other agencies in South Africa, where payment would usually only be made after transfer. The company provides agents with sufficient sales stock, so your primary focus is on selling stock.

Salary

• Commission based with a R10,000 per month advance. The advance is structured in the form of a ‘loan account’ requiring the agent to earn commission to pay back the advance before earning additional commissions.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential buyers
• Firm up pending deals
• Manage all deal related administration
• On site show houses
• Daily team meeting
• Daily, weekly and monthly targets

Requirements

• Sales experience
• Drivers licence and own reliable transport
• Laptop and cellphone

Advantageous Requirements:

• Worked in a Real Estate agency within South Africa
• Previous Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC)
• Sales experience in property related business
• CRM experience (HubSpot would be very advantageous)
