What your responsibilities will be?

• Develop and enforce HSE and Security strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee internal and external audits; ensure legal and ISO compliance.
• Lead Quality Management Systems and certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
• Manage HSE performance reporting, audits, and incident tracking via KPIs.
• Guide procurement strategy with alignment to BBBEE and Hitachi policies.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and cross-functional HSE integration.

Who are you?

• Degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• Accredited by recognized HSE professional bodies.
• 5+ years in QHSE and Procurement leadership roles.
• Advanced MS Office and project management proficiency.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven stakeholder and risk management track record.
