Our client has an opportunity for a Data Analyst to join the BI and Development team to create Qlik Data models, generating information and insights from data sets as well as identifying trends and patterns. Your technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining and data cleaning will be highly beneficial whist you will play a key role in implementing strategies and supporting initiatives that will optimise statistical efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and define BI Process Improvement opportunities.
Providing maintenance of the BI Environment.
Create complex queries on large datasets for manipulation.
Develop complex reports in Qlik that summarises key findings and insights.
Documenting Solutions whilst engaging with cross functional teams to understand their data requirements.
Translate complex data analysis into actionable business insights.
Leading data analysis projects from start to end (Scoping, planning and execution)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Essential to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, engineering or related field
Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in BI Environment
Qlik Modelling including Qlikview / Qliksense Experience (Essential)
MS SQL Database, including data Cleaning, validation and transformation techniques
