    Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager

    Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager

    You'll build relationships to improve current practices and prevent mistakes. You'll work with colleagues and suppliers to ensure our brand reputation. You will be responsible for ensuring RB's Quality Assurance Programmes, including Quality Assurance and Compliance, are fully implemented, maintained and continuously improved in manufacturing and supply operations.

    You will be responsible for ensuring product safety and compliance is achieved through assessing the level of compliance on an on-going basis towards Product Safety, Legality Quality requirements. You will demonstrate the compliance status with and through a Document Management System whilst proposing modifications and updates to the RQM. You will be responsible for all aspects of the quality assurance unit including quality, cost, delivery, safety and people. You will have sound understanding of quality standards, regulations and technical knowledge of production processes.

    you're committed to quality. You've a background in quality control and quality assurance, ideally in healthcare or a regulated manufacturing environment. You work best autonomously, taking ownership and initiative for your own results. You understand quality controls, technical manuals and process improvements. You're diplomatic and tactful, meaning you can facilitate change and improve working practices and processes. You collaborate effectively and lead improvement.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • A formal degree or diploma in BSc Science, Pharmaceuticals, Food Science, ND: Food Technology, Biotechnology or Analytical Chemistry
    • 5 to 7 years' experience in Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals or FMCG industry
    • 4 to 5 years' experience in Quality functions
    • 1 to 2 years Lead Auditor Experience
    • TPM and WCM experience: Quality Pillar Implementation
