As a QA Lead, you will ensure that the quality of all business and technology solutions is functionally and non-functionally tested, in order to
meet the requirements and achieve overall sustainable quality of the business solution.
The QA Lead will transfrom the QA practice by introducing the QA Team to Automation testing frameworks and standards, whilst mentoring team members and managing outside resources.
Necessary Requirements:
Degree in BSC/ IT preferred.
Diploma in Information Technology.
Min of 6 years' experience in testing with min 12 months in test automation.
At least 2 years of financial services experience is preferred.
Exposure to diverse IT projects using a variety of testing tools and techniques.
