    Quality Control Inspector (garments)

    Are you a product inspection professional with fundamental understanding of the inspection industry? Do you have practical experience applying AQL standards? Are you known for your attention to detail and your ability to meet tight deadlines?

    Then we would love to hear from you, because you may be the Quality Inspector we need.

    Your responsibilities

    You will: 

    • Receive comprehensive training in our best practices and industry requirements into garment products inspections;

    Your missions will be to: 

    • Visit the factories and warehouses of our clients’ suppliers to perform on-site quality inspections on softlines products.
    • The quality inspection process includes a visual inspection of the products, functional testing, packaging checks, and any other steps as detailed in respective procedures. 
    • Record your findings against our clients’ product quality checklists and reference samples. 
    • Write up inspection reports based on your findings, according to our reporting format.
    • Meet report deadlines to deliver reports on the same day as the inspection.

    Work organization : QIMA will inform you at least 24 hours in advance to perform inspections. You should be available several days per month (between 5 to 15 days depending on business requirements.)

    Your profile

    It could be you, if you have:

    • Proven track record of minimum 3 years in quality control product inspections for softgoods products (garments / textiles).
    • Knowledge of AQL standards, as well as relevant safety and quality regulations.
    • Great attention to details and strong professional ethics.
