Quality Inspector at MA Automotive Tool & Die (Pty) Ltd

Primary purpose of the job:

• To ensure that requirements are met with regards to the quality of products manufactured as per Customer Standards.

Key Performance Areas:

• Inspect and monitor the quality of products produced according to Customer Standards and MA system requirements
• Complete required and relevant documents
• Ensure correct identification of products
• Ensure that work practices comply with the company SHE procedures and works instruction.

Skills Required:

• Measuring equipment
• Basic understanding of skin panel and defects
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Consistent decision making

Minimum Requirements:

• NQF Level Grade 12
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the manufacturing environment
• Experience on Stamping, Press tools or assembly process (advantageous)
• Background understanding of Quality Management Systems
