• Completed Matric 
• BSc Quantity Surveying/Building Science/Estimator in Steel Construction/ Light Steel Construction/Roofing/Estimator in Building Construction

Responsibilities/ Job Description:

•  Cost tracking of running cost by orders.
•  Generate Excel Templates for quotations.
•  Cost updating and Sourcing of materials.
•  Work along other Quantity Surveyors on projects.
•  Word Proficiency and Excel Proficiency very high.
•  Negotiate Prices.
•  Place orders for material and procurement.
•  Set up Bill of Quantities templates for different projects.
•  Search for alternative Building solutions.
•  Generate quotes for Client requests.
•  Update list of quotes Monthly to Director.
•  Update monthly budget prices of buildings and send to sales team.
•  Custom Quotations for Revamps and New Buildings
