Receiving Clerk - Polokwane Distribution Centre at Boxer Superstores

Job Advert Summary    

• Are you detail-oriented and passionate about getting stock in accurately and on time?
• We’re looking for a committed Receiving Clerk to join our Polokwane Distribution Centre team. This role is responsible for the accurate receiving of stock, processing claims, and managing GRNs and pallet records. You’ll be the first checkpoint in ensuring our products arrive in good condition and are correctly documented.

Minimum Requirements    

• Matric (Grade 12)
• At least 6 months’ experience in a receiving or similar warehouse function
• Experience working with GRNs and claims processes
• Exposure to warehouse management systems (WMS) or BoMM preferred
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and numerical skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a team-based warehouse environment

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Receive and verify inbound deliveries against supplier documents
• Process claims and shortages using the BoMM system
• Complete Goods Received Notes accurately
• Conduct quality checks on stock condition, barcodes, expiry dates
• Manage and track pallet returns
• Maintain neat, compliant, and safe receiving area
