    Job Description

    • As the first point of contact for our organisation, you play a vital role in shaping the experience of every person who walks through our doors or calls in.     • To thrive in this role, you need to have completed Grade 12 and be confident with typing. These foundational skills enable you to manage the pace and precision required in a dynamic reception environment. Your qualifications are the starting point for a journey where learning and growth are encouraged every step of the way. We are looking for someone who brings 1 to 2 years of general administration or accounts experience. This background helps you navigate the day-to-day responsibilities with confidence and clarity. Whether you have worked in a healthcare setting or another professional environment, your experience will help you contribute meaningfully from day one.

    Skills Requirements

    • You are comfortable using computer technology to manage tasks efficiently and accurately. Your numerical reasoning skills allow you to handle basic calculations with ease, and your ability to communicate fluently in English - both spoken and written - ensures that every interaction is clear, respectful, and professional. These skills are essential in creating people-centric experiences that foster trust and engagement.
